The live-streamed, industry-wide discussion program features enrollment, marketing and tech leaders, experts and innovators from across the higher ed landscape in conversation with Napolitano about the latest issues, trends and strategies during this new, rapidly changing era of college recruiting.

Greg Davies
Founder and CEO of Full Measure

With a long history of building innovative companies in higher education, Greg was a member of the founding team at Blackboard Inc. in 1997 and also the founder of Presidium Inc. Presidium provided customer service solutions to over 800 colleges and universities from 2003 to 2010. As the CEO at Full Measure, he is responsible for the strategic direction of the company and the software platform.

Matt Pittinsky
CEO of Parchment

A co-founder and former CEO of Blackboard Inc., Matthew is on the faculty of Arizona State University and also serves on the Board of Trustees of the Woodrow Wilson National Fellowship Foundation. In 2012 the Teachers College at Columbia University awarded Matthew with The President’s Medal of Excellence to recognize his impact and innovation in the field of education technology and entrepreneurship. He is a frequent speaker and recently was invited to present at NewSchools Summit, Association of American Universities meeting, National Association for College Admission Counseling National Conference and SXSWedu.

Leonard Napolitano 
CEO of Capture

A tireless advocate of the transformative benefits of higher education, Len became Capture’s CEO at the end of last year. A 20-year veteran of the ed tech industry, he came to Capture in 2018 after eight years as senior vice president of member development for Parchment, Inc., a provider of academic credential solutions for schools and universities. Before that he was vice president of sales for Presidium Inc. and one of the founding employees at Blackboard. Len serves on the Centre College President Advisory Board. He is also a member of the Endeavor Mentor Network, working with social and community focused entrepreneurs; a former two-term Chairman on the Kentucky Commission on Proprietary Education; and a veteran of the U.S. Army.
